Welcome to Korza Training. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Korza Training mobile application ("App") and related services provided by X2machines, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Korza Training is a fitness and rehabilitation platform that provides:

• Guided workout programs and exercise tracking
• Daily readiness assessments and recovery insights
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Integration with Apple Health and wearable devices
• Communication tools between patients and therapists

3. Medical Disclaimer

Korza Training is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is intended for general fitness and wellness purposes only. Content provided through the App, including exercise programs, readiness scores, and recovery recommendations, is for informational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.

Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or disability. Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms.

You assume all risks associated with your use of the App and any exercise programs accessed through it.

4. AI-Powered Features

The App uses artificial intelligence technologies, including large language models, to provide certain features such as workout recommendations, exercise substitutions, nutrition suggestions, and coaching insights. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Informational purposes only: AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Such content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any health, fitness, or medical decision.
• No professional substitute: AI-powered features are intended to supplement, not replace, the guidance of qualified therapists, physicians, or other licensed healthcare providers. You should always seek the advice of a qualified professional regarding any health or fitness concerns.
• User responsibility: You are solely responsible for evaluating the appropriateness and accuracy of any AI-generated recommendations before acting on them. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for your individual circumstances.
• Continuous improvement: AI models and their outputs may change over time as we update and improve our systems. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue AI-powered features at any time without prior notice.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Korza Training offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. By subscribing:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious content

8. Intellectual Property

The App and all its contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, exercise programs, algorithms, and software — are owned by X2machines, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Health Data

The App may collect and process health-related data, including data from Apple Health and connected wearable devices. Your health data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit.

10. Therapist Features

If you use the App in connection with a licensed healthcare provider ("Therapist"), you acknowledge that:

• The Therapist-patient relationship is between you and your Therapist, not the Company
• The Company does not verify the qualifications of Therapists using the platform
• Exercise programs prescribed by Therapists are their professional responsibility
• The Company is not liable for any advice or treatment provided by Therapists

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, X2machines, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the App's Settings. Upon deletion:

• Your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days
• Active subscriptions should be canceled separately through Apple
• Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
