How do I get started?

After signing in, browse the workout library to find a program that fits your goals. Enroll in a program and your daily sessions will appear on the Today tab.

Can I follow more than one program?

Yes. You can enroll in multiple programs and Korza Training will organize your daily sessions across all of them.

How does recovery tracking work?

Complete daily check-ins to log how you're feeling. If you connect Apple Health or a wearable device, Korza Training can also use HRV, sleep, and heart rate data to assess your readiness.

What wearable devices are supported?

Korza Training integrates with Apple Health for heart rate, HRV, sleep, and workout data. Additional wearable integrations (WHOOP, Oura) are coming in a future update.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel your Korza Training subscription.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Is my health data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use row-level security to ensure you can only access your own data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings > Export Data to download your workout history, health data, and profile information in a portable format.
